ABOUT PROJECT
IncluHUB was created to serve as a collaborative platform where youth organisations can exchange effective methods, co-develop projects, and support each other in making inclusion a lived reality across Europe. It is a network and also a shared commitment to use creativity as a catalyst for meaningful youth engagement.

Our objectives reflect the shared commitment of all partner organisations to empower young people, support community development, and promote solidarity through education and creativity:
-
To encourage the use of artistic and innovative methods as effective tools for increasing youth participation, including those with fewer opportunities;
-
To build and consolidate a transnational network that fosters collaboration, exchange of practices, and long-term partnerships within the youth sector;
-
To promote inclusive approaches that address the specific needs of communities across Europe;
-
To inspire both local and international action plans that integrate the knowledge and experiences gained throughout the project;
-
To raise awareness of the role of creativity in youth inclusion and to advocate for its integration into educational policy and youth work practice.

Organisations that align with these objectives and wish to contribute to a more inclusive and innovative youth sector are invited to join IncluHUB and help expand its impact both locally, within their communities, and at European level, through cross-border collaboration and shared learning.
ACTIVITIES

Seminar - May 2024

The first mobility, an international seminar, gathered 20 experienced youth workers representing the partner organisations. Its primary aim was to create a supportive space for reflection, exchange of good practices, and strategic planning. The seminar served as the foundation for the development of IncluHUB as an international network, built around shared values, creative approaches, and a commitment to youth inclusion.
Participants engaged in workshops, peer discussions, and non-formal learning sessions that explored innovative methods and intercultural perspectives. The programme emphasised collaboration and co-creation, encouraging youth workers to test new tools and to lay the groundwork for a common vision and methodology to be adopted across the network. The seminar also introduced the process of Erasmus+ accreditation and strategic development, helping organisations prepare for future collaborative projects that further promote inclusion and professional growth.

Training Course - October 2024
The second mobility, a hands-on training course, was tailored to the needs of 20 early-career youth workers, many of whom had limited prior experience in international projects. This activity focused on practical learning through artistic expression, nonformal education, and experiential workshops. Participants explored and tested over ten creative educational methods as tools for inclusion and empowerment. The training encourages active participation, personal reflection, and collective experimentation in a friendly, inclusive environment. Through role-plays, teamwork exercises, and guided facilitation, youth workers developed confidence in applying these tools within their local communities.
Together, the seminar and training course formed a coherent and progressive learning pathway, supporting the development of a skilled, motivated, and connected community of youth professionals committed to creative inclusion practices across Europe.

Toolkit
The IncluHUB Toolkit is a practical digital resource designed to support youth workers in applying creative, inclusive methods in their daily work with young people. It features ten tested approaches: solargraphy, film-making, theatre for social dialogue, neurographic art, music and sound exploration, cyanotype printing, expressive dance, outdoor education activities, treasure hunt for community discovery, and origami.

Impact - New Erasmus+ projects
The creative methods developed and tested within the Creative Youth Workers' Network for Inclusion project have been successfully integrated into new Erasmus+ projects by partner organisations, proving their adaptability and sustainability:

-
Youth Activism through Solargraphy (2024-1-RO01-KA153-YOU-000237414) - implemented by Asociatia Empower Plus (Romania), based on the method of solargraphy;
-
I.M.P.A.C.T (2024-3-PT02-KA210-YOU-000295920) - coordinated in Portugal, using neurographic art and intuitive drawing to music;
-
EarthGuard Youth Workers (2024-3-DE04-KA153-YOU-000290410) - developed in Germany, with photo-voice and solargraphy as core methodologies;
-
Youth4Future (2024-1-LT02-KA152-YOU-000195645) - a youth exchange coordinated by Linkuva (Lithuania), applying expressive dance and outdoor education;
-
Hazlo visible (2023-1-ES02-KA153-YOU-000128978) - developed by Muévete por Europa (Spain), featuring neurographic techniques.

These projects illustrate how IncluHUB members have continued to build on the project’s outcomes, bringing creative and inclusive methods to new groups of young people across Europe.

A VR exhibition was created to showcase the outcomes of the Creative Youth Workers Network for Inclusion project, offering an immersive experience of the methods, works, and stories developed throughout the mobilities.
